Building, editing and previewing are free. Publishing a site live requires the Business plan, currently $100/month. The Reseller plan is also $100/month. The Pricing page always shows the current prices. There are no setup fees.

You're charged the first month as soon as you complete secure checkout. After that, the plan renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.

After checkout, Portal → Payment status shows your plan as Active and lists the payment. If it hasn't updated yet, refresh the page after a moment.

Yes. Open Portal → Payment status → Manage subscription. Cancelling takes effect immediately: future charges stop, publishing is turned off, and your live sites are taken offline. Your sites and edits are kept as drafts, so you can subscribe again and republish any time.

Yes — you can request a full refund within 14 days of a payment. After 14 days, that month's payment is final. When you cancel, access ends right away and you won't be charged again. To request a refund, ask in the Support chat and we'll take care of it.

Publishing pauses right away and your plan shows Past due while the card is retried automatically over the next several days. Update your card from Portal → Payment status → Manage subscription to restore publishing. If payment still can't be collected, the plan is cancelled and your live sites are taken offline. Your sites and edits are kept as drafts.

Yes. Portal → Payment status → Manage subscription opens a secure billing page where you can change your payment method.

Yes, a receipt is emailed to the address used at checkout for every successful payment.

No. Each client pays for their own publishing plan. A reseller's $100/month plan covers their reseller tools, and the build fees they charge clients are theirs to keep.

Yes. Open Portal → Payment status → Manage subscription and choose Update plan. Both plans are $100/month, and any difference for a partial month is prorated automatically. Your dashboard switches to match your new plan.
