By creating an account or using BusyBiz in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use BusyBiz on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, don't use the service.

BusyBiz is an AI website builder. You describe your business, and the service generates a complete website — copy, layout, structure and images — which you can preview, edit and publish. Published sites use a free address on the app; custom domains are not available yet.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or have your parent or guardian agree to these terms on your behalf.

Building and previewing sites is free. Publishing a site live requires an active Publish plan, billed at $100 per month until cancelled. The Reseller plan is also $100 per month and allows you to build and manage unlimited client sites.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes your published site offline at the end of the current billing period. You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment; after 14 days, that payment is final.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Your plan continues at the new price unless you cancel first.

Resellers may build sites for their own clients and charge those clients whatever upfront fee they choose. BusyBiz does not take a commission on your build fees. Each client's site must have its own active Publish plan paid to BusyBiz to stay live.

As a reseller you're solely responsible for your client relationships, the fees you charge, the promises you make and the support you provide. BusyBiz is not a party to the agreement between you and your clients.

You keep all rights to the content you submit — text, images, logos and other assets — and to the website generated for your business. You grant BusyBiz the limited license needed to store, display and host that content for the purpose of operating the service.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload or describe, including logos and photos. Don't upload content that's unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful to others.

Don't use BusyBiz to build or host sites for illegal activities, malware distribution, phishing, deceptive practices, or content that exploits or harms minors. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or access other users' accounts or data.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. For serious violations we may terminate the account without a refund.

Websites are generated by AI. While we work hard for accurate, professional results, review generated copy, claims and imagery before publishing — you're responsible for what your published site says. Don't rely on generated content for legal, medical, financial or professional advice.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice and a window to export your site content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusyBiz is provided "as is" and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. When an account is deleted or terminated, published sites stop working and stored content is removed after a short grace period.
